How does the buying process work?

  1. Browse our inventory and select your vehicle
  2. Contact us or place an order online
  3. We send you detailed inspection report and proforma invoice
  4. Make payment (bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal)
  5. We prepare export documents and schedule shipping
  6. Track your shipment to arrival
  7. We assist with customs clearance

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Ghana and selected West African countries including Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, and Togo. Contact us to confirm if we ship to your specific country.

Pricing & Payment

Are prices negotiable?

Our prices are competitive and already discounted. However, for bulk orders (5+ units) or high-tier memberships, additional discounts may be available. Contact us to discuss wholesale pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Bank wire transfer (TT), Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Western Union. For large transactions, we recommend bank transfer for lower fees.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, we typically require a 30-50% deposit to secure your vehicle, with the balance due before shipping. For established customers, different terms may be available.

What additional costs should I expect?

Beyond the vehicle price, budget for:

  • Shipping costs: $800-$4000 depending on destination and method
  • Insurance: 1-2% of vehicle value
  • Import duties/taxes: Varies by country (typically 5-35%)
  • Port charges: $200-$500
  • Inspection fees: $99 (free for Gold/Platinum members)

Vehicle Inspection & Quality

Do you inspect vehicles before shipping?

Yes! Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive pre-shipping inspection. We check the engine, transmission, exterior/interior condition, electrical systems, and test drive the vehicle. You receive a detailed report with 50+ photos.

What if the vehicle arrives damaged?

All shipments are insured. If damage occurs during transit, file a claim with the shipping company immediately. We assist with the claims process. For vehicles that arrive significantly different from the description, our buyer protection policy applies.

Can I get a third-party inspection?

Absolutely! You can hire your own inspector to examine the vehicle before purchase. We provide full access and cooperation with independent inspection services.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Transit times vary by destination:

  • Ghana: 30-40 days
  • Nigeria: 35-45 days
  • Côte d'Ivoire: 32-42 days
  • Senegal: 35-45 days
  • Togo: 30-40 days
  • Other West African countries: 30-50 days

Add 1-2 weeks for customs clearance and inland delivery.

What shipping methods do you offer?
  • RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off): Most economical, vehicle driven onto ship ($800-$2500)
  • Container: Secure enclosed shipping, 1-4 vehicles per container ($1500-$4000)
  • Air Freight: Fastest option for urgent deliveries (price varies, contact us)
Can I track my shipment?

Yes! Once your vehicle ships, you'll receive a Bill of Lading number for tracking. You can monitor your shipment's progress through our website or the shipping line's tracking system.

What are the membership tiers?
  • Basic (Free): Standard pricing, $99 inspection fee
  • Silver ($99/year): 5% discount, 5 units/year, $75 inspection
  • Gold ($299/year): 10% discount, 20 units/year, $50 inspection, priority support
  • Platinum ($999/year): 15% discount, 50+ units/year, free inspection, dedicated manager
How do I upgrade my membership?

Log into your account and visit the Membership section. Select your desired tier and complete payment. Upgrades are effective immediately.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Vehicles can be returned if they significantly differ from the description or have major undisclosed issues not visible in the inspection report. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of arrival. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the discrepancy was our fault.

Can I cancel my order?
  • Before shipping: Full refund minus $200 processing fee
  • After shipping begins: No refund, but you can refuse delivery (lose deposit)
  • After arrival: Subject to return policy terms
