Get Invoice & Quote
After inspection approval, we send you a Proforma Invoice detailing: vehicle price, inspection fee, shipping cost estimate, insurance, and any additional services. This includes full cost breakdown with no hidden fees.
Make Payment
Pay securely via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. We typically require 30-50% deposit to secure the vehicle, with balance due before shipping. For established customers, flexible payment terms available. Payment confirmation within 24-48 hours.
Documentation
We handle all export paperwork including: Export Certificate, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin. You'll receive copies of all documents via email and physical copies with the shipment.
Shipping
Your vehicle is loaded and shipped via RoRo or Container shipping from China. You receive Bill of Lading number for tracking. Estimated transit times to West Africa: Ghana (30-40 days), Nigeria (35-45 days), Côte d'Ivoire (32-42 days), Senegal (35-45 days), Togo (30-40 days). Real-time tracking available.
Customs & Delivery
Upon arrival at destination port, we provide guidance for customs clearance. You'll need to pay applicable import duties and taxes (varies by country). We can recommend customs brokers and arrange inland delivery to your location.
Receive Your Vehicle!
Congratulations! Your vehicle has arrived. Perform a final inspection, complete registration in your country, and enjoy your new ride. We provide after-sales support and are here to help if you need assistance with anything.
